I'm so deeply humbled by all of the knowledge and care that was shared with me. As the gates open, it has occurred on a physical, spiritual, and emotional level every single day since I have been afforded access to my own being on the most intimate level.

It's as if an ancient scroll was passed along to me ...and inside was a map to me! I have been tuning into my body once a day since the workshop. Listening to my body and being able to do something about it is so powerful.

I have been paying more attention to my body as I insert the needle and how I feel as I activate the Qi. My allergies and sinuses have reacted incredibly. For the last few nights, I have slept nine hours each night!
